Mexican Rice

In deep dish pan put 1 layer already cooked rice (fill about 2/3 full). Then a layer of sour cream (use almost the whole 16 oz container), a layer of diced green chilis (the larger of the small cans), and a layer of mexican blend cheese on top. You can add jalepenos or chopped onions if you like.


Cook at 350 for 1/2 hour or longer to brown the cheese on top.
